USE OF PRODUCT

Blueberry Co does not guarantee their products as bleed proof. We recommend the use of water-based markers and pencils to reduce the risk of bleeding but at no point do we guarantee against user error. It is the customer's responsibility to test and check the pens used to guarantee no bleeding occurs using the test page provided in each book. Blueberry Co is not responsible for the replacement of books or products that have been used, drawn, written in or coloured using pens, markers and pencils unless they fall within the described returns criteria in the returns policy listed below. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

When you receive your book please have a look through to check that the pages are free of defects or damage.

Please note we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. We do not refund, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind.

Replacements (if applicable)

In the rare event that your book is defective or damaged on arrival and you require a replacement please contact us via email and we can arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
