Returns and Refunds Policy
When you receive your book please have a look through to check that the pages are free of defects or damage.
Please note we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. We do not refund, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind.

Replacements (if applicable)
In the rare event that your book is defective or damaged on arrival and you require a replacement please contact us via email and we can arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
